Meet Steve - Hot Yoga Teacher at YogaNastics
Steve has been practising yoga for many years and has been teaching for over 14 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to every class. His teaching spans a wide range of styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Hot Yoga, alongside inversion-focused practices and Vipassana Buddhist meditation.
At the heart of Steve's teaching is a simple belief: everyone can benefit from yoga. His classes encourage you to move with intention, connect with your breath and build a practice that supports both body and mind, whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have been practising for years.
Meet Barbora - Yoga Flow Teacher at YogaNastics
Barbora has been practising yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching for the past three, sharing her passion for movement, breath and mindful practice with every class.
She specialises in Mandala Yoga, a dynamic style of yoga that moves 360 degrees around the mat, creating a flowing practice that is both energising and meditative. Through repetitive movement and conscious breathing, Barbora encourages her students to build strength, improve focus and develop a deeper connection between body and mind.
For Barbora, the breath is at the heart of every practice. She believes it's the thread that connects each movement, creating a unique sense of rhythm and unity as the whole class moves and breathes together as one.
