Rina Sodha, the founder of YogaNastics, is a fully qualified yoga teacher with over 13 years of experience. She is deeply rooted in the practice of traditional yoga, blending its timeless wisdom with a modern, accessible approach.
With a nurturing and inclusive teaching style, Rina is dedicated to supporting every client, no matter where they are in their yoga journey. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, she creates a welcoming space for all to explore and grow in their practice at a pace that feels right for them.
Over the past 13 years, Rina has cultivated a yoga community in her home studio, where she has guided countless students through their personal journeys. She also leads deeply enriching retreats, both in the UK and overseas, providing opportunities for her students to reset, reconnect, and immerse themselves in yoga’s transformative power.

We’re so pleased to introduce Tina. With over 25 years of yoga practice and 21 years of teaching experience, Tina brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her classes. Her journey began with a love for the peace, challenge, and relaxation yoga offers, which she now shares with her students.
Tina’s classes range from gentle Hatha and dynamic Vinyasa flows to the deep stillness of Yin Yoga, all infused with mindfulness and meditation. She emphasises breath awareness, alignment, and inclusivity, ensuring everyone feels supported.

Meet Emma - Pregnancy Yoga Teacher at YogaNastics
Emma is a qualified yoga teacher based in Hertfordshire, who discovered her passion for yoga six years ago. She completed her 200-hour teacher training with The House of Yoga in Putney, specialising in power vinyasa – a dynamic and creative style that she loves to both practice and teach. Emma brings energy and intention to every class, offering strong, flowing sequences that encourage movement with purpose.
In addition to her vinyasa training, Emma has completed an 85-hour pre and postnatal yoga qualification, allowing her to support and guide women through every stage of pregnancy and beyond.
Meet Amy - Mat Pilates Teacher at YogaNastics
Amy discovered her love for Pilates through her own personal journey, particularly after experiencing the physical changes of two pregnancies. Inspired by the strength, balance and calm it brought to her life, she began teaching in 2021 to share its transformative power with others.
Her classes are dynamic yet grounding, with a focus on slow, controlled movement that builds strength and awareness. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, Amy creates a supportive space where everyone feels welcome, gently challenged, and encouraged to move with intention.
