Rina, Founder of YogaNastics: Rina is the founder of YogaNastics and an experienced yoga teacher passionate about helping people move with confidence, reconnect with their bodies and experience the benefits of yoga beyond the mat.
Rachel Zaw: Rachel is a Functional Nutritionist and Health Coachspecialising in female hormonal health. She supports women who feel unwell despite being told everything is "normal", using functional testing alongside personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategies to uncover the root cause of symptoms and help restore long term balance.

What To Expect:
We'll begin with a gentle Yoga Flow designed to stimulate digestion, encourage circulation and help you reconnect with your body through mindful movement and breath.
Rachel will then guide you through an informative session exploring the important relationship between gut health, hormones and overall wellbeing. You'll leave with practical, evidence-based advice and realistic strategies that you can incorporate into everyday life.
The afternoon concludes with a guided meditation and nourishing Yin Yoga practice, allowing the body to slow down, regulate the nervous system and fully absorb the benefits of the day.
You'll leave feeling informed, restored and equipped with simple tools to continue supporting your wellbeing long after the retreat ends.
