Kids Yoga
Yoga isn’t just for adults, it’s a wonderful way for children to explore movement, mindfulness, and calm in a fun and engaging way.
Our kids’ classes are fun, nurturing and inclusive, led by Shivani, a qualified yoga teacher and primary school teacher who loves making yoga accessible through stories, play and mindfulness.
Our Kids Yoga classes are designed to nurture both body and mind, helping children develop confidence, focus and emotional wellbeing through simple yoga postures, stories, games, and breathwork.

Age Groups & Schedule (term-time only):
3–6 years: Mondays 4:30–5:00pm
7–12 years: Mondays 5:15–5:45pm
Pricing:
Block of 6 sessions: £60 per child
