What We’ll Cover
Pelvic Floor Health:
Judith will explain how the pelvic floor works, what can go wrong, and how this may impact bladder function, vaginal prolapse, pain during intercourse and other common concerns. She’ll share practical strategies to improve pelvic floor function and demonstrate how to integrate pelvic floor awareness safely and effectively into your yoga practice.
Gut & Hormonal Health
Marina will explore common digestive issues and explain how gut health and the microbiome influence overall wellbeing. She’ll also discuss hormonal health, including support through perimenopause and menopause, the pros and cons of HRT, and natural ways to support the body through diet, movement and nutritional and herbal supplements.
