Beginners Yoga
Beginners Yoga is a 60 minute class designed for those starting from the very beginning, or returning to yoga after time away.
This class focuses on guiding you through the foundations step by step, helping you understand how to move, breathe and feel more confident on the mat. You’ll be supported throughout with clear instruction, hands on guidance and time to ask questions, so you never feel unsure or left behind.
The pace is slow and considered, allowing you to learn proper alignment, build strength and improve flexibility in a way that feels safe and manageable. It’s a calm, welcoming space to learn, build confidence and feel more at ease in your body with no experience needed.
