What To Expect:
As the season encourages us to slow down and turn inward, this immersive workshop offers a powerful blend of movement, breath and sound to help you reconnect with yourself. Across yoga, Pilates and sound healing, you’ll ignite strength, expand flexibility and soften into stillness, leaving grounded, centred and renewed.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Fuel the Flame
We begin with an energising Vinyasa practice designed to build heat, strength and focus. Through dynamic sequences, empowering postures and mindful breathwork, you’ll stoke your inner fire and shake off the heaviness of winter. Expect to finish this flow feeling strong, awake and fully alive, a perfect balance of challenge and intention.

Stretch & Flow Pilates: Lengthen & Expand
Next, we soften the pace and transition into a flowing Pilates sequence crafted to lengthen, open and mobilise the body. Through gentle stretches, mindful movement and deep, warming breathwork, we’ll release tension and cultivate fluidity. This practice is designed to improve flexibility, lift energy and create spaciousness from within, ideal for countering the colder, slower rhythm of winter.

Sound Bath: Rest, Release & Rebalance
We close the workshop with a deeply restorative sound bath. Allow the immersive vibrations to settle your nervous system, clear stagnant energy and guide you into complete stillness. This meditative experience invites profound relaxation, emotional release and inner harmony, the perfect winter reset.
