Rina, founder of YogaNastics, Rina will guide you through movement, breath and relaxation, helping you feel stronger, calmer and more connected.
Antonia, a passionate wellness practitioner, Antonia will lead a deeply restorative sound bath, using sound and meditation to encourage rest, relaxation and nervous system regulation.
What To Expect:
We'll begin with a dynamic Equinox-inspired Pilates class, designed to build strength, improve mobility and energise the body.
As the afternoon unfolds, we'll slow the pace with a nourishing Yin Yoga practice, giving you the opportunity to release deep-held tension, improve flexibility and find stillness.
To finish, you'll be guided through a calming meditation and immersive sound bath using crystal bowls, gong and voice, allowing the body and mind to completely unwind.
